Eugene S. Lysak, Executive Chairman and Founder
Mr. Lysak founded Impole (MDI) in 1977. He is responsible for
corporate growth, business strategy, and methodology development.
Prior to founding Impole, Mr. Lysak spent over 14 years in
Engineering, Product Marketing and Global Marketing with several
leading European and U.S. Companies such as Racal Plc., Bell &
Howell, and Nashua Corporation. Mr. Lysak holds an MBA from Babson
College and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Northern Polytechnic
(London University). He is a member of The Conference Board's
Council on Innovation.
John E. Utz, Impole (Marketing Decisions, Inc.) Co-Founder
Mr. Utz co-founded Marketing Decisions, Inc. (MDI), the predecessor
to Impole Corporation, and served as President until 1984, bringing
his broad experience in sales organizations. Prior to co-founding
Marketing Decisions, Inc., Mr. Utz spent a number of years in the
computer and banking industries, where he designed marketing and
sales strategies which produced high growth. He re-joined Impole in
1997 and served as EVP of Business Development until his retirement
in 2005. Currently, Mr. Utz is active as a private investor in the
energy and real estate fields. He is a graduate of the University of
Illinois and holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of New
Hampshire. Mr. Utz also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
Patricia R. Lysak, CEO and President
Ms. Lysak is responsible for managing the general operations of the
company. Prior to joining Impole in 1987, Ms. Lysak served as
Director of International Marketing for Dennison Manufacturing Co.
Prior to that, she spent 11 years with the Gillette Company in
business development, operational planning, and manufacturing
management positions. Ms. Lysak sits on the Executive CEO Council of
Small Business for the Conference Board and is a member of The
Commonwealth Institute. She holds a BS from Wells College and has
completed substantial MBA coursework at Babson College (who have
also recognized Ms. Lysak / Impole as the Top 100 Women-led
Businesses in Massachusetts multiple times since 2003).
Peter Rock, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Impole, Peter was interim chief financial
officer at Tarpon Biosystems, overseeing financial planning and
accounting. Peter previously spent five years as vice president and
corporate controller of Dyax Corp., a biotech company with revenues
of $33 million a year. While at Dyax, Peter helped to secure $32
million in venture financing and raise $69 million in IPO funding.
Prior to Dyax, he held financial management positions with Avery
Dennison, AEG Schneider Automation, Inc., and United Technologies
Corporation. Peter previously served as chairman of the
Biotechnology Industry Organization's Business Solutions Advisory
Board and is the former co-chairman of the Massachusetts
Biotechnology Council's Finance Committee. He received a B.B.A.
from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds an M.B.A.
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Eric A. Kraieski, Senior VP, Business Development
Mr. Kraieski is responsible for client engagements. Prior to
joining Impole, he spent 25 years growing market share in
information infrastructure and enterprise software. Most
recently, Mr. Kraieski provided IT consultation services to
Staples.com and previously held key executive roles for Vividon
(sold company), NetSilicon (IPO and merger) and Proteon (IPO).
Earlier experience includes field sales roles at General Signal,
General Datacomm and Gould Electronics. Mr. Kraieski holds a BS in Computer
Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
D. Andrew Wick, VP, Business Process
Mr. Wick joined Impole in 1999. Mr. Wick oversees the business
process unit, a key component of Impole's overall organization. Mr.
Wick's prior experience includes engineering positions in
manufacturing and business intelligence processing. He holds an MS
from Pennsylvania State University and a BS from Cornell
University. Both degrees are in Industrial Engineering and
Operations Research.
Heriberto (Eddie) Rivas, VP Operations
Mr. Rivas joined Impole in 1999. He is responsible for the execution
of client programs from inception to final results. Mr. Rivas has
held a number of positions at Impole prior to heading up operations,
ranging from applications development to customer relationship
management to service delivery and operations infrastructure. Mr.
Rivas has a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Michael Peppard, Sr. Director Information Technology
Mr. Peppard joined Impole in 2000 and has served as the Head of
Information Technology since his hire. Mr. Peppard has dual BA
degrees from Northeastern University in Information Technology and
Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Peppard has 15 years
prior experience in technology consulting with clients including
several General Electric operating companies, The Cross Country
Group and privately held high volume call centers.
