Impole to Expand Teleweb Channel for SAP America

Waltham, MA - January 7, 2003 - Impole Corporation, the industry leader in developing actionable marketing intelligence to drive Sales Pipelines, today announced an agreement with SAP America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of SAP AG [NYSE: SAP], the world’s leading provider of business software solutions, to expand the operations of SAP America's TeleWeb Center, which is operated by Impole. The TeleWeb Center now includes coverage of the small and midsize businesses (SMB) market.

Leveraging its extensive market knowledge and experience in revenue expansion and acceleration, Impole provides a dedicated team of professionals to help SAP America enlarge its sales pipeline and lower the cost of sales and marketing. With the TeleWeb Center, SAP America is able to augment the company's existing sales organization with web-based technology, telephone sales resources, and Impole's proprietary "information engineering" methodology quickly, without additional overhead and capital expenditures.

Launched in 2002, the SAP America TeleWeb Center works in partnership with SAP's field sales organization to build upon a decade-long relationship between Impole and SAP America to enable SAP America to quickly and cost-effectively identify new business opportunities for its software solutions. By expanding the TeleWeb Center to the small and midsize business market, SAP America will experience similar effectiveness and cost savings in marketing its newest solution, SAP Business One, for small and midsize companies through its network of professional partners. SAP Business One is an easy-to-use and affordable software solution, which extends SAP's proven technology to a new segment of small, midsize and dynamically growing businesses.
