Vignette Selects Impole for Web 2.0 Compliance Campaign

Program to create awareness of new features and drive maintenance revenue

Waltham, MA - February 15, 2007 - Vignette Corporation, the provider of innovative web presence solutions used by the best-known organizations in the world, selected Impole for a software compliance assessment and migration campaign.

As part of this engagement, Impole will be contacting existing Vignette customers to promote new software capabilities and encourage migration to the latest software release.  At the same time, Impole will be creating a comprehensive customer base license audit which Vignette may use to drive maintenance renewals and sell additional seat licenses where appropriate.
